Different Massage Types Available:

  1. Swedish:  is a relatively gentle massage form focused on the bodys superficial layers. It is provided to promote general relaxation and well-being and sometimes for relief for symptoms associated with health conditions. Swedish massage is known to promote circulation. Among the areas of research: the potential of massage to improve blood pressure and other vital signs.
  1. Deep tissue massage:  is a massage technique thats mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. can be effective If you are suffering from chronic pain or tightness in the neck, back, legs, arms or shoulders, a regular visit to your local massage therapist can transform your life and alleviate much of your pain and anxieties.
  1. Myofacial Release:  Myofascial release may be effective for sports injury and for chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia or carpal tunnel syndrome.  Practitioners seek to reduce pain and support wellness by working on the bodys myofascial structure. The fascia has been compared to a spider web: a network of connective tissue wrapped around the bodys organs and other structures
  1. Trigger Point:  trigger point therapy focuses on specific points in the myofascial structure that may be causing pain.
