Natural Benefits PMA operates under the authority and protection of the Natural Benefits Ministerial Trust, a nonprofit entity established under Trust and headquartered in geographical unincorporated Maryland. The PMA and Trust are foreign to the United States as defined in 28 U.S.C. § 3002(15) and UCC 9-307(h) and conduct all activities outside U.S. federal jurisdiction. All transactions are classified as voluntary donations or gifts without the United States (28 U.S.C. § 1746). The PMA expressly reserves all rights and does not waive jurisdictional immunity under 28 U.S.C. § 1605(a)(1).
